wish I would have liked it more, since it's time travel, but I dk...maybe the ending was just anticlimactic. like she just shows up? and its not fair that the husband from New joseon didn't have the memories of the husband from 200 yrs ago...as if to be reincarnated - that would have been better. bc the old husband didn't get to live a full life.
I rated it lower bc Jo I Geon wasn't there...I mean, thats what we wanted! We knew Su Been and Hee Sun r together...but we never got to see the rest of Jo I Geon and Go Eun.
It's funny bc I knew who Go Eun was going to pick, I was not surprised, but I also knew who she really wanted to pick. (and sometimes I wonder if the cultural differences make me blind to what's actually going on in these shows...but this was so clear to me! yes I'm very proud of myself for predicting her moves) glad they finally cleared up their misunderstanding, but now what? it's kind dumb that they left us all hanging.
wow...this main character sucks! he wasn't good enough for her bc he had no ambition, then later he wasn't good enough bc he wasn't on her economic level. if she was waiting to be as rich as him, she's stupid. she's wasting her life not being with who she loves.
for the type of drama that it is (Chinese youtube short) it exceeded my expectations.
all the tropes were there, my fav story line (there r at least over 30 of this version out there) with the hubby who doesn't recognize the wife. And all the cringy, cheesy parts...had to give it a 10.
wtf is everyone casually spoiling a SE untagged?? Just came on this page and the first thing I see is spoiler…
yea, that sucks...but the themes in this are very deep and I think worth the watch. (I am so up and down with the rating, one day I want to say it's the best, other days I don't, bc the topics in this r heavy) don't pay attention to the ratings/comments!
it was great! light, cute an cringy! just how I like it. not too many filler scenes/eps, I mean I binged it in 2 days. only complaint- the reveal was lacking! I think it could have been better! I mean bc of the great reveal in lovestruck in the city i will watch that over and over!
one of my favorite shows!!! Ji Chang Wook ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ One thing...this seems to be the most dif type of role Park Min Young has played. I always forget she's in this, I don't love to watch her shows that much (besides Marry my Husband) but in this one she is so cute, maybe cuz her character is so much more vulnerable😁
This is one of my favorite Kdramas…I finally just had to accept things happen off screen… like TE falling…
so...just saw ep 10. I believe (if I remember from the last time I saw the whole series) that LG at the end...was making his way through the timeline again towards present time. The LG that brought flowers, had just come from the past and kept coming through the portal to check if he came back at the right date. On his way back, even thoght he knew it was the wrong date..he stopped to give her flowers. He knew this was the time they were separated by worlds. She recognized that it was him, but she backed away from him bc he was dif and at first she wasn't sure.
now..some sci-fi stories create rules for their time travel explanations. "Time is a circle" is a common one which means that if you try to change something, you're actually not changing anything bc what was meant to happen happens anyways and in some cases you trying to change soemthing is what cause that something to happen. In this case however, LG went and changed the past therefore creating a dif timeline within the same world...how she remembers him in the new timeline he created I cannot explain, bc technically he was supposed to be stepping into her new world that was not affected by the people in his world. Unless his interaction with her is what causes her to remember.
I don't think I explained it clearly.
let me try again.. back to the future for example: if Marty McFly went back to 1965 to get his parents together, then on his way back the DeLorean did not go straight to 1985, but stopped in the year 1975, then 1977, and so on..until he found 1985 again. The Lee Gon with the flowers was Lee Gon making his way back to present time.
there are always plot holes with time travel...so the fact that she still remembers him after he changes everything is a mystery to me. Once I finish the series again, however I might have more answers.
about him. she was so nervous to make the wrong move.

(3rd sister storyline was pointless)
wish the 2nd story line was the main storyline!!!!
