They have this thing that shoots a liquid up your nose. That's what I get instead of the flu shot. Taste terrible but better than a shot in my opinion. .-.

I hate shots! ;o One time my dad had to hold me down. Haha. Why did you have to get shots? I haven't had one in 2~3 years. (flu shot)
