Of course, the rest have done a good job - but to almost ruin it by a bad writer is almost unacceptable.
Take for example My Little Happiness- not a dull moment- great ending and good writing.
I guess good writers are hard to find and maybe the budget only allows a certain amount of money.
As I said, it was haunting!

I agree - the reason I limited it to e p 37/38 is that she watched up to ep 25. I should have made my recommendation more clearly - thank you Mitali! You know, this series still haunts me - 30 episodes would have been perfect. Why ruin such a beautiful story? Who are these limited writers :-) They are such a perfectly matched couple for the series.

I agree with you, bad writing, but watch ep 37 and ep 38 for a reward! These two episodes are wonderful - romantic and fun to watch. Forget the rest of the episodes.

Why wouldn't he attend the reward show? Just curious, I don't know much about him. He seems to do a lot of "fan service" however.

1/3 of the episodes were dragging. The beginning was great and ep 37/38 were fantastic.
Having said that, the only problem with the series is the writer.
The acting was impeccable, Wang Kai should win an award for his performance, his facial expressions said it all.
This is a series that is hard to forget, the good and the bad. Haunting as it is, I guess we need to find new series that we can now enjoy.

it's not a good match on any level. I adore Jung Kyun Ho from other series I watched of him.
Also they put so much makeup on his face - in ep 1. I hope they lighten it up .later.

Yes, me too! The story could have been written in about 25 episodes - made it tighter and removed some of the big holes too. Really, the writer needed a really good review.
Basically, the idea was good but the writing needed a lot more scrutinizing.

Yes, the acting was over the top. I can agree with you on that. But you need a good story to make the actors shine even more.

Yep, the actors tried their best but bad writing can really hurt a drama that has great possibilities like this one did.

To me it was bad writing - the writer did everything to cause unnecessary angst and disappointment, etc. Otherwise, the actors, especially the 2 main leads were excellent, especially Wang Kai.

I would give it a 10/10 for the actors only and a 1/10 for the writer.

Ep 39 was for product placement for the new airplane. Ok, no big deal but ep 38 was all that we needed.
Would I rewatch this? No.

The writer started well, and mainly ended well but episodes 24-36 were a waste of my time.

I also enjoyed the behind-the-scenes -! Lots of fun for the actors and for us, the viewers. Wang Kai had an excellent sense of humor in the behind-the-scenes clips.

Well that is interesting. WK is exceptional in all respects. Even his kissing. I didn't know she did open-mouth kissing.
