Gorgeous with character!

Thank you for writing this article about Wi Ha Joon. I've always enjoyed his series. Siren's Kiss was fun to watch while trying to figure out "Who Dun it" and watching both leads work together and falling in love too. The modern art was a plus!

Wi Ha Joon has a different style of acting - I agree with him about an actor putting on a school uniform and being older is not a good idea.

Wi Ha Joon is not idol handsome but I rather watch him than the perfect faces etc.

Yes, the K dramas are now 12 instead of 16. I try to pick the best C dramas. i don't have the patience to watch a 30-40 episode series.

Phantom Lawyer is an interesting one - ML looks so different from what he looked like in When The Phone Rings, which I liked. I wonder why?

I have a similar list of hundreds to watch but I have learned to ignore the list. I make my own list up when has only about 4-5 series to watch. That keeps it simpler.

I really like Siren's Kiss. 12 episodes. lots of mystery and suspense. and some romance. Both leads are great.

If you ask any movie (series) person what is there favorite ones, there will probably some overlapping ones but I prefer C dramas if they are really good to K or J dramas. So most people will have a few in common, like Train to Busan.
Right now I'm enjoying Siren's Kiss, an interesting K drama and Phantom Lawyer another K drama.
I am impatiently waiting for 3-4 C dramas that will be coming out this year. :-)

I have my favorites: Will Love in Spring (C), Her Secret Life (K), Meet Yourself (C), Hidden Love (C) Train to Busan (K), What happens after Love (J).... and so forth, on it goes. My Mister was lovely, especially at the end. There are so many that I rewatch in parts.

Love this series - the acting - especially from PMY - also the script keeps us on edge too.
Unless they spoil it toward the end, it is a 8.5/10 for me.

Many of the timed comments on Viki were insulting to the role that Park Sung Hoon (ML) was playing. Finally, I just turned the comments off.
The commenters wanted the Sin J Si to get the FL one way or another and the commenters wouldn't give up.

I think this series started kind of slow but by ep 9 and 10, it developed into a serious and thoughtful drama.
I rarely rewatch a series but I might rewatch this series in part.

Both male roles are annoying to me. (not the actors themselves, however)
And the FL is just as annoying.

The writer is creating new stories, and we have only four episodes left.
However, I'll keep on watching until the end.

Yes, definitely better hair styling - they made him look unattractive at the beginning and made the 2ML look so much better. At the end of episode 8, ML looked absolutely adorable and made the 2 mL somewhat pitiful and pushy.

It's all in the writing and the acting. :-)

Agree, but the preview of ep 9 was confusing....was he aggressive or just plain protecting her? Not sure.

In looking at the timed comments on Viki there are two sides: one side with the ML and the other with the SML. Some have dropped out because the FL decided to go with the ML.

You are right, I think he wanted some kind of reward for his behavior that day with her. It got more and more twisted. Yes, I think he was trying to kiss her too. Eeek!

But now I am concerned about the preview of ep 9. I couldn't tell if the ML was getting possessive or what. The preview was not clear.

Most of the time I sit in front of my computer screaming at all their behaviors!

I agree - I watched this useless series because of Park sung Hoon. And I actually liked his acting in Queen of Tears. And he was good in Into the Ring.
