I fully agree with you. The acting was really good. Ditto for the OST but I do believe that the writers fell flat. Maybe it was their first.
Yes, YYS is absolutely adorable - great actor, and especially pretty eyes. really like him.

You can also watch ep 16, the last one and see if you like it or not. That would help.

If you are thinking of watching this series, I would recommend not to, unless you are in for suffering and disappointment. Otherwise speed watch it and finish it quickly.
