Finally got around to watch this series, I kept putting it off due to the reviews, and while I must agree the plot is ridiculous, I did find joy in watching it, the acting and sfx where great, the bittersweet ending left me hurt and the chemistry worked for me too. I do wish that most of the characters would have a worse ending, didn't feel like any of the "bad" people got their comeuppance .
I feel glad I finally watched it, despite it's many flaws the emotions still worked their way to my heart.
"The K-drama will be the reunion project of IU and Byeon Woo Seok. " What works have they done together in the past? I cant seem to find it, or am I misunderstanding the sentence.
This season was a bit too much, but I do love the show as a whole, this is pure drama as drama can be with all the fake deaths, dopplegangers unknown siblings/ relatives and such. I just can't believe i actually shed tears at the finale the tribute was shot so well

This indeed in ep 9 I believe, when Sa-eon goes missing and she asks his parents for help, the secretary follows her out and mentions the heterochromia
This drama was phenomenal that rating is cruel to the director, screenwriter and to Soobin ans Yeon Seok
Very much agreed! I'm now on ep 10 and holy heck the realisations, plot twists and spiderwebs so far have all been insane. the leads all play very well of each other too. It's so unfair that the rating is getting tanked due to a horrible translation that was completely out of their hands.
I've seen ML in golden spoon, hospital playlist and bad-memory eraser and now in this poster he looks different yet again! is this man a chameleon or what? Hyped for the series though!
ML and 2FL carried the show to a decent end, 2ML especially annoyed the hell outta me and FL was okay I guess. 2ML seems bipolar in his role, he loves his brother to death, he wants his brother dead, he loves FL and lies and betrays FL and then acts like nothing happened the next day. A couple other annoying characters that seemed to not be well writing ML/2ML's parents, and I feel FL couldve been portrait better too.
I ended up with a 6.5/10 but the story and acting by especially ML was good, though be it slightly rushed at the end.
There was good potential, just feels like poor directing...
I would've given this a solid 9/10 if it wasn't for the stupid unnecessary breakup at the end. But this is a solid…
I'd like to add "My Liberation notes" as a show with similar vibes, if its the just the healing each other while growing closer aspect you like, Doctor slump is a great one, bit faster than this and liberation notes but a great healing each other story non-the-less

Just finished ep 12 and really enjoying it up to know, the 2 main FL's are showing a lot of growth and the 2 main ML's have some big hardships to overcome. then there IU and Jason who are just flirty with each other giving me some relief in the story, the teachers/elders love/ and hardships aren't that interesting to me, but it does help the story continuously developing. Exceeding expectations for sure, do recommend.
