I remember how pissed I am when I realized that OTY was not the love interest of BSZ back then 😆
Just watching this for the first time, only on ep 12, but their shared past and shared first kiss really made me think it would be them together in the end too. reading this comment disappoints me a bit
Maths is not my subject, but 3 cents per second is $1,80 a minute, which multiplied by 60 (minutes in an hour)…
Yes, $946.080,- a year with the 3 cents option.
You can also calculate the other way around, 500k / $0.03 the amount of second it would take to get equal between the two (16.666m seconds) / 360 /24 to get it in days is ~192.9 days.
So if you think you'll live shorter than 193 days taking the 500k is the best option, or if you think you can use 500k right now to accumulate $.03/s using investments or what not.
Both of these are very unlikely making the 0.03/s option best overall
Only just started, but seeing FL's mom is only 6 years older in real life than FL seems wrong. Then again FL does not look her age at all! really enjoying it so far
Great show, good and strong romance, starting halfway though, I thought they'd split up so many times, but I think this is one of the most mature and lasting relations I've ever seen in a Kdrama. The school/academy system in Korea get exposed quite a bit too, which I found to be super interesting and made me think back to "crash course in romance" how it actually lacked quite a bit in that regard compared.
I see a lot of people complaining about the low score of this series, as someone who just watched it for the first time in 2024 I can see why it's not that high. I get people want it to be rated higher because it's an iconic and famous series, but I feel rating should be reflected over time. Back in the day it probably was a lot higher sure, but the series didn't hold up that well, most of the characters hold old fashioned ideas about consent and ranking, the main characters all committed what would be considered huge crimes in this day and age without ever facing any consequences for them.
Watching this series for the 4th time now (It's just that good to me) and I still don't fully understand the relation between Hyun Tae (ML's older brother) his wife and her mother in law (Hyun Tae / ML's mom). Could anyone elaborate?
it's been a while since i have rewatched this, but does anyone remember if we ever find out how hongjoo and yoobeom…
There is a slight mention in ep 1 that they had a blind date and 2 or 3 dates since before the valentines day incident, nothing more specific than that
Justice is served, but I cried my eyes out non the less. A happy ending for the trial but I'd call it a sad ending for the characters. Bittersweet doesn't even cut it in my opinion here.
MDL says this is on Netflix, but I can't find it on uNoGS database on any of the alternate titles. Does anyone know in what country this is on Netflix?

This is the second series I've seen with ML but in both series he's going after the girl that's been like his sister since youth. Not quite sure what to make of this.... (other was Pinocchio)
After seeing queen for 7 days, most of the time I was thinking the royal family was being way to nice/ understanding and easily swayed. I'm not a big history nut, and don't watch joseon stuff often, but I'd describe this drama more of a Joseon Cosplay than a History piece. The FL is just as cool as she was in Run On, bad ass with a loving side. The ML is way different than in True Beauty but both did their parts really well. The musical score is a bit loud at times but nice non the less.
