I really really loved this drama I just finished it and I LOVED THE ENDING although I wished she stayed or he went with her it still satisfying knowing that there might be a second season( not likely with kdrama) but its up to the imagination what will happen

im a feminist, now in a korean drama I turn off my brain in order to enjoy it , and it doesnt really bother me much the only thing that bothers me are the evil people like mother in laws second female lead, , but if it would happen in front of me in real life i would bitch slap those mother effers, in kdrama i find it quit romantic because like you said " asian culture" my culture(arab) has patriarchy and i hate that but like i said when i turn off my brain or rather put my brain in their shoes i can understand and enjoy the situation especially if i know the guy likes her , but if its someone who hates her and does that thing then no thanks like in secret ...but after he loved her and it didnt really bother me anymore
