I don't know Japanese but I can read Chinese (not my mother language though) so if you send me the Chinese subtitles I could translate it into proper English for you. I did watch the show in Chinese subtitles but translating will take a lot of time without the subtitle scripts.
If adjusting lightness or play speed of a video is too troublesome for you, please look for screenshots, gif images, slo-mo clips, ect. of the kiss scenes all over the Internet. The actors indeed kissed and for Kiyoi actor it's even his first kiss on screen. Your review is so unfair to them.
