It's not a stereo type, it's normal for someone who does weight lifting to gain muscles and few bulks because that's the nature of the sport. What does stereotypes has to do with that, if you do sports you get muscles that's life haha

Watch it till the end when her body started changing and she started lifting real weights minute 5:25 that's how she needs to look ( the lady in the video her body became a lifters body )
The whole drinking / fighting scene was so damn cringy and annoying like the ahjussi was sitting there and she kept on annoying him and doing "baby voiced talk" i even wanted to kick her

I understand you, most actors and actresses grow on us and grow as actors during the shooting of a drama as they start getting familiar with the cast and crew and the stiffness goes away, it doesn't matter how good a star is they are thrown into new characters they struggle a bit
