Title Lovely Runner Spoiler
Im quite positive that Sean Jae didn't take his own life, but instead it was some accident/manslaughter because of the doorbell ringing just minutes before the accident. I think In hyun came to his apartment to confront him and something must came up, like In Huk accidentally pushing him out of the balcony and into the pool...

In all honesty, this drama is one big mess when it comes to moral or ethical aspects that in recent years has been brought upon to the major attention. It's like the crew who produce this drama stucked within the period of 2010-2013 when "edgy" jokes about racist slurs and black face portrayes where considered "funny". But we are now in 2020, and with the current situation about BLM movment, putting the highly stereotypical character to the show that's supposed to be consider light and "family friendly" is a big no no in my opinion. I think that's one of the major problems, the c.a. and blackfacing, but also age gap is kinda questionable. But i'd like to point out many other problems, such as meaningless aggression from Saet Byul part in a scene when she punched poor Choi Dae Hyun's face when he was dreaming about his current girlfriend. Also, why no one is talking about the domestic abuse that's going on with Dae Hyuns parents? Is it because the culprit is the mother, not husband like it is in most cases? That doesn't make it any less valid and "funny" (at least that is what this drama is trying to portray). All that combined, this scenes really put me off and I've stopped watching BR by 3rd episode (which is shame, because I am fan of Ji Chang Wook, but I can't cope with drama with so many red flags and problems that are brushed off in this drama as "funny" or "quirky" characters aspects).
