After a court trial, a final judgment has been issued. The court ruled that both parties shall terminate the management contract and each party bears liability for breach of contract. After offsetting the amounts owed, Li Hongyi is required to pay 13.08 million RMB to Hunan Mango Entertainment in his personal capacity.
Following the judgment, Li Hongyi has already paid a portion of the amount. However, due to the substantial total sum, he is currently unable to pay it in full and will settle the balance in installments. During this period, Mango Entertainment has, following proper legal procedures, applied for enforcement, and the court has therefore imposed restrictions on Li Hongyi’s high-end consumption.
It should be noted that the court’s judgment supports Li Hongyi in independently developing his entertainment career. The restriction on high consumption is solely due to his current financial capacity and does not constitute illegal or criminal conduct, nor does it involve behavior against public order or morality.
