Title Lost You Forever Spoiler
I feel the same way. I guess the way they introduced their relationship was very harsh and I just could not get…
So you believe that from this interaction it is justified that she becomes his slave, and treat her the way he was treating her? She defended herself and that "snack" when she was attacked by the bird, she did not outright poison that bird. And being in competition as you say and only from this interaction, I still believe it does not justify them being enemies.

I did not read the novel but the series itself did not justify them being enemies at the beginning. They literally met over that cute animal and next thing he is forcing her to be his slave.

Me too. It's disturbing.
I really hate how they are romanticising abuse.
