They didn't even show the wedding in Unasked Family. So it wouldn't surprise me if there is a timeskip in last episode with it ending MR is pregnant just like in that drama.

she and her sister was adults when it happened. As a person who was bullied, i'm sensitive to it. One of the sisters even threatened to ruin the other band member face.
