There is no indication that Chairman had another child than CR. Also i don't think it's necessary. He's already well liked by the family and have gained their trust.

It's interesting that even though he was against MR adoption and always speaks how she's not his blood and apparently during the 20 years she lived with them, she has made him prouder than Jaehyun ever did.
