Don't think so. Since she is legally married still. But she will probably cause some trouble and cling to KS probably because everything else has failed overseas. Honestly what i want to happen personally is that 1. Sun Joo comes to try to take Jandi overseas or 2. She returns and want to divorce unless KS already processed the divorce.
