didnt watch either, just went by your written preview. From the scene of her first meeting with Eun-Hyeok, she was kinda rude aswell.

I hope she gets a dosage of karma for being mean to Eun-Hyeok. I also hope she redeems herself towards Eun-Hyeok later.

I bet some foul play/manipulation is involved in their misunderstanding. Either JA sister or Eun-Sung mother.

Even if they built it up to give a character cancer for many episodes before like in TLIYE, i still have them using the cancer plot. It's even more annoying when they do it to children.

I also have anger from the FL ex-MIL in TLIYE that aired before AOME. But atleast the true villains there got 20+ year sentences + the ending was atleast satisfying.
Just annoys me though when they give the kid leukemia to fill out the remaining 10+ episodes. Similiar to AOME.

Hmm, i guess it would make sense if ML is not Jeongae biological son considering his age.

Lets just hope this writer can properly develop her characters unlike AOME.

It was over 20 years ago. I was pretty indifferent about it. Felt mostly bad for my mom. Unfortunely she went to the bottle. Better now though. I always see people mentioning to others to forgive family since "Blood is thicker than water". But there is certain damage and betrayal thats worse when a family does it compared to a "friend ". Some things can't ever be forgiven.

Which is why the weekend drama where family members abuse the lead leave a bad taste in my mouth. Even for UEE and Nam Bora, i won't start it until things get better.

Have to catch up to the daily though. It looks so much more relaxing to watch.

I do know something about toxic family members. After my maternal grandfather died, relationship slowly deteriorated with my Grandmother,aunt & uncles. Grandmother also was distant with me cause i had ADHD. Aunt even falsely reported my mom for dog abuse >.< so we ended up cutting ties with them completely. My mom was the eldest and practically helped raise them. 2 of my aunts have tried to make contact but my mom can never forgive them for the betrayal for keeping contact with the aunt who falsely reported her.

Good riddance, but it definitely has caused damage over the years.

So the abuse FL face from her own family leave a bad taste in my mouth aswell.

Episode 10 Preview
Eun-seong, who gets in touch with Seon-woo, tries to meet up with Seon-woo before Eun-hyuk catches him, and Ki-seok learns that Jeong-ae has started looking for her Dong-gu without his knowledge.

I think their romance will make up for their shortcomings. From the getgo, my 3 favorites are Eun-Sung, Eun-Hyeok, Seon Joo.

Been busy so havent caught up with the latest episodes. How do you think about the characters so far?. From the first few episodes, they arent nearly as annoying as the supporting cast have been in the last few daily.

I will wait a few more episodes to watch. Atleast until either FL leave her family to fend for themselves or ML stop being a jerk to FL. Been watching some clips, i really dislike Hyojun(its the one studying to be a lawyer right?). He has alot to make up for later.

Episode 9 Preview

After looking at the cell phone case, Seon-woo becomes convinced that Eun-seong is a cat. Meanwhile, Eun-hyuk, who was tracking the cat, shows Eun-seong the CCTV.

Checked the schedule for this week. All episodes will air this week.

From how his son and Eunah met in the trailer for the drama, i'm guessing that is the case.

Not a big fan of FL mom though.

I was judging it from the 3 first episode.3-4 episode. havent been able to watch up to the remaining ones since ive been occupied with some stuff. I'll catch up and check it properly again.

Yeah. But it's so nice to have a drama where family are actual families. No nasty sibling, mean stepmom or anything like that. Siblings act like actual siblings. Eun-hyeok doting on the youngest sibling Eun-Seong was actually sweet. It's fun that FL bestie is her siblings half-sister 🤣🤣. It's gonna be chaos when it is revealed later in the drama haha.

I do hope it loosen up especially when both couple start dating. But still, supporting characters are far more enjoyable than in the last few dailies. Usually, most of them are more or less unlikable.
