Title I Promised You the Moon Spoiler
Know everyone is going back and front about if the cheating with within character or not. All I can think is,…
I actually think this has nothing to do with his sexuality but rather his personality, if he had cheated with a girl, then it may be said that it is directly link to him being bisexual and 'greedy'.
Rather, this has to do with Teh's ambition, his hunger for success. He wishes to impress someone who has the same goals, the same thirst and drive that he has. He gave into temptation because he was attracted to Jai's ambition and tenacity, Jai was the only one around him who didn't change or 'give up' on their mutual dreams.
What he lost with Oh-aew, he felt like he found in Jai.
With that in mind, I don't think it is wrong for them to have Teh be the one to cheat, it's quite on par with who he is.
I do, however, agree that there was no need to introduce a third party to test the strength of their relationship.
Though I'm definitely intrigued, I would like to see how the writers dig their way out of the mess they have created.
