Spot on. U've said my words. π I don't understand why lbfad fans keep looking for new xianxias to compare with their drama. Like if they donxt like it just leave quietly not that hard. U can dislike a drama but why compare it with LBFAD all the time and to say they have 'high standards' like bro don't make me laugh with that statement.

it aint no costume drama. These melon accs are so fake. Just shows how reliable their info is. If they had bothered to search up the drama they would know but no they are gonna judge it based on the title.

Can someone tell me the storyline and the characters' description?
Its a family theme drama abt the relationship between a mother and daughter so don't expect much romance as its not the focus here and there are only 2 possible men xu kai could play. One is the ex boyfriend who has more screentime (he is a weak rich guy) and the other is the future husband who has little screen time (he is described as mixed raced). Either way I doubt he would wanna play either. I haven't read the novel, this is based on what ppl have described it as on weibo.
