idol dramas sure are judged based on popularity but doesn't necessarily mean they get the prestigious awards and mostly watched by younger viewers. Actors and actresses who dub their own voice are indeed more respected but acting skills is what gets the real awards. Not purely based on rating or popularity. I have known some dubbed actors and actresses who did get awards and that was due to their acting skills and popularity so dubbing doesn't affect their awards necessarily. Dramas that do get awards tend to be dramas that stick around for a long time and are memorable as well as watched by a range of generations. However, doesn't mean its a good thing to be dubbed but in some cases it can't be helped. Personally I don't care whether they are dubbed or not as long as they don't screech like some I've heard.

thats not how it works. Sometimes its not up to them to use their real voice due to their accent not being suitable for the setting of the drama. Ycy accent definitely wouldn't be suitable in this case so she has to be dubbed.

well it seems the honey trilogy was a success. All 3 dramas are a success. 😌

The scary thing is apparently its confirmed the cast as 'first liners' So I'm scared for all the first liners out there. But then again yu zhengs definition of first liners is probably post 95. 😂

apparently they did since it said 'fl' and ml has been fixed and confirmed as 'first line' actors. I sure hope the one on mdl isn't the fixed ones. scared fr. Also this isn't adapted from the bl. Its a new drama with the same name.

I read that this is another drama not the bl. Yu zheng is probably up to something. Using this cast to gain attention. And using the same name as the BL.
