No she's not playing her twin sister it seems someone else is playing it. Yes there will be reincarnation and several lives in the drama as it seems. Happy emding? Probably since yang zi hates sad endings she wouldn't choose to play this drama. In the book she ends up with yu mo but since they changed it she's gonna end up with tang zhou.
