No , they changed a lot of things from the webtoon , they added some characters and changed the relationships…
I definitely would recommend the webtoon. The webtoon did have more bonding scenes with Hyun Soo and Ji Su (in a way hinting slight romance). The guitar scene was more important and symbolic in the webtoon than the drama portrayed it to be. The webtoon also had more bonding scenes with different characters which is understandable because the drama had to fit so much in 10 episodes but I did feel like it did an okay job considering the circumstances. The webtoon also had more subplots with different monsters in the building that helped develop the characters. A definite read, 10/10
