Based on the pics alone, this cast looks so much better than those before. And Tang San's hammer! Hopefully the story is better. I can handle shitty cgi as long as the story holds my interest. And I'm not gonna bother watching the prequel either. I watched 2 eps, and just couldn't stomach another
Finally, a drama of XZ’s that I can totally get behind. Looking at you OoL. Couldn’t watch the whole of Wolf (got through more than 30 eps before I gave it up, mind you). Couldn’t stomach more than 5 eps of Douluo Continent (massive fan of books and donghua) gave Ace Troops a hard pass (sorry!). And now, here’s Oath of Love. More than halfway done, and the MC’s are so so sweet. Great to see that lovely smile of Xiao Zhan’s once again. I almost forgot what a great smile he has. I need me a Gu Wei in my life STAT
I saw the ‘plot twist’ in ep 2 coming a mile away, cause really, what else could it have been. The satisfaction for me was how it got revealed, and it was AWESOME!!!!!
