Watch it for the bromance

I started watching expecting an Epic Love story. And yes there is more than one epic love story here (2nd leads story is even better than the main leads). But the real love story, and indeed the real chemistry, is the friendship between the two male leads. I will be rewatching in the future just to watch the goblin’s and grim reapers’s relationship unfurl again. Just Wow. What a great show.

Bring some tissues - at least a box or two - as there will be tears in the later episodes.

Disregard the naysayers

Kdrama fans are their own breed of drama and prejudice and many of the reviews panning this second part show how true this is. I loved the first part, but I think the second part was better than the first. It wrapped up the story, matured with a storyline with the characters, and was a fun watch. Genuinely felt both parts 1 and 2 are eminently rewatchable, and both parts are included in my all-time favorite kdramas.
