I really can’t stand that they make women out to be so desperate. She clearly see that he likes somebody else, and he had even told her that he had been rejected and she overheard what they were talking about about asking to be friends! So she knew. Not to mention that she went to go find him and tell him that she wasn’t giving up on him. Ughhhhh 😩
Ok it wasn’t as bad I thought it could have been! 😳 😱 Thank goodness Pat knew he should stop 🛑 because he was not ready. I also think he is realizing he didn’t have the same feels as he used to.
Honestly, I believe it doesn’t all have to do with his undiscovered or unrealized feelings for Jeng. I believe that the way Put was inattentive to his cooking and was only paying attention to his phone was a real deterrent for Pat. These are things that are related to Put and his actions.
I do think Pat is very comfortable with Jeng and subconsciously and even consciously at some level is attracted to Jeng. (Speaking for myself, who wouldn’t be?! 😉 ) Pat is certainly drawn to him, looks for his affirmations and does seek comfort from him. (Call me crazy but I can’t think of any boss in my lifetime that I would sob in their arms, be compelled to go to an after party because he knew Jeng would be there, push to sing 🎤 with him and get sloppy drunk in front of… just saying)!
However as much as I want Pat to be with Jeng, I can’t make Put out to be a bad guy. He is just the one who lost his opportunity 2 years ago. People change and this time Put is the one who is going to be left behind. 😞
