I think it will be Lee Sun Ho just like in Bad Love. These two work well together.

I thought I read in the the comments that they are brother and sister. The leading lady and him were paired in Bad Love so they might be paired here also. They had pretty good chemistry in Bad Love.

Very weak female lead with a best friend who cheats with her husband. She’s also suppose to go blind and get locked-in syndrome.

The two with the same dresses on the poster will team up .

"No Matter What" There are two main couples, watching one couple is like watching grass growing, very boring while the other couple sizzle when on screen even if they are fighting.
"A Good Time For The Wind To Blow" Deals with single fatherhood and age difference in couples.
"Golden Pouch" is the same leading man as the drama above but under a different name.
"The Secret of My Man" Deals with twins.
"Brilliant Heritage" Same leading lady as above drama. This drama is very funny sometimes and has a great last episode.
"Lovers In Bloom" Police drama which deals with different cases and single motherhood.
"Love Drip By Drip" Also deals with single motherhood and heart transplant.
"First Love Again" This has an older cast who aren't as attractive as most but it's a good daily with a smart leading lady.
"Angel's Revenge" A good revenge drama with a leading lady who was on her way to becoming a nun when her sister is killed.
"Come! Jang Bo Ri" There is also a Chinese version that I enjoyed called "Because of Meeting You".
“Here Comes Love” Best leading man ever. I believe he would have fought the devil and all his demons to marry his leading lady.
“Bad Love” Two real relationships came from this drama. This has the same leading lady but she's not as weak. In fact she gets into a physical fight with the evil second lead female. Lee Sun Ho is her love interest.
“Bravo, My Life” Things are revealed fast on this drama.
