Not too invested in this series. Seriously, I’m watching this because of Yuki (Qi Lei). He’s has this quiet sexy charm that I can overlook Ying Ze (Matt Lee). Hopefully we’ll see more of him. And don’t cut off those locks!

Those long locks caught my eye like Hank Wang’s dimples did. Not much invested with this series but I follow it because of Qi Lei. His sweet smile, quiet lines and tender looks steal the show from the others.

Got it! But there’s a spoiler that says Dear is Tin’s ex-girlfriend. And basing it on Tol’s intense troubled stare (at least that’s how I interpret it) and Dear’s history with Tin, there’s jealousy involved. Jealousy does not even have to relate to romance (yet). It can be what he thought was an exclusive fascination on his person (to the point of stalker-ish) is now shared with another person. It’s a theory, specially with the arrogance of episode 7 Tol.

Presumptive heterosexual because of the girlfriend. That’s what I will guess if I meet someone new with his girlfriend around...
The jealous gaze of Tol can be seen in the preview of the next episode. I just learned that not all of us saw the clip for ep.8. If you haven’t seen it, someone posted it.

But if I am going to refer to the Triage 10 minute movie, I think in the future episodes Tol will feel that he has met Tin numerous times. The trust and relationship will probably firm up there.

I know Tin has fallen in love, how could he not with all those ordeal he had to go through to save Tol. The shopping sexual tension is more from Tin’s part but it did make Tol look his way. But to make a seemingly heterosexual guy fall for you? That takes some work. Probably not a confidant but easier as a friend or a big brother for the 1 week time span he gave himself. … but what the heck! It seems like Tin’s charm is working based on the jealous gaze of Tol when he sees Tin and Dear together in a cafe. :D

Just have to give it toTin, his perseverance is a deep pool. To meet obstacles every time Tin gets “newly” introduced to Tol. But Tin met a different Tol last episode and knew beforehand this man’s faults so he can overlook this overbearing Tin. Plus the numerous times he had to save this man, definitely linked him in steel to this Tol.

Thanks a bunch! Didn’t see this. This preview made me more impatient for the next episode.

There’s a new girl on the block! Bit of a slow episode, obviously setting-up for what’s going to happen next week. After the fast paced traumatic previous episode the writer is making us breathe and settle down. We can’t have Tol die in every show… The arrogance of Tol, which we can perceive somewhat in previous episodes is in full force here. It’s a test on Tin’s patience and perseverance… Did Tol get jealous of the new female character, Dear? Probably more like seeing Tin in a different perspective, who he suspiciously feels is stalking him. And Tin’s eyes are sparkling when he sees the girl! Who is she and how will she affect Tin’s resolve? By the way, unlike Tol’s friends who I think are bad influences, Tin’s colleagues in the hospital are really supportive and good friends.

I have a slight disconnect with the script though; is it because this is a BL series that the writer wants Tin to aim for Tol to fall in love with him, who at this point seems to be a heterosexual male? It doesn’t add up. It would have made better sense for Tin to make himself a confidant of Tol. Then the relationship changes naturally to something romantic…

Anyway, another long wait for the next episode. :’(

I like both. But I daresay that Triage has more meat in it’s storyline while KinnPorsche is more of a love story in a mafia setting and will fill your BL needs.

Yes. Sad though that the whole cast was changed in 2 Moons 2. Their story as a romantic pair was in the 2nd episode. Would have loved Tae and Tee as Forth and Beam in the second series. Didn’t watch 2 Moons 2, just watched the edited story of Forth and Beam in YouTube and imagined the characters being played by the original actors.

What the heck? I’m going to miss a good show because of the support actors? It’s not even the main actors…

In the novel, Yuan Zong was able to get surgery in the US and fixed his toes. A lot more happened but at least his toes were fixed. Lol!

I actually felt that way too before I read the actual novel. I found their relationship in the series was sweet so I thought it didn’t need the r-rated parts and the defined romance between the male protagonists. But a lot were left out in the series; the profession of Xia Yao (which makes him a bad-ass too just like his boyfriend), when they actually started having a relationship, how much Xia Yao also love Yuan Zong, and a big part of the ending was dropped. The series felt sterile after reading the novel.

As far as I know, Earth was a soldier throughput the series in A Tale of a Thousand Stars and Mix was a volunteer teacher.

So the ring has the main family crest? Is Kinn the only one who wears it?

That too…But the novel Advance Bravely has Xia Yao as a policeman and he has actual cases to solve. So he’s kicking ass, like the mafia setting in KinnPorsche. But in the series, his profession wasn’t defined because they couldn’t show a gay/bisexual police in China.

Can somebody explain what the ring on Kinn’s finger symbolize? He emphasized his ring to Vegas in Ep. 7.

I hope Be On Cloud, production behind KinnPorsche, will pick up this novel, adjust it a bit to Thai setting, and give this novel a proper series.

After KinnPorsche, I hope Be On Cloud can reproduce another BL novel: Advance Bravely. It became a series last 2017 but ridiculously ended with a cartoon clip. It was also filmed as a sudo-bromance with strong BL undertones. All these due to China’s censorship. All it needs are a few adjustments to fit the Thai landscape.
