it was so good but it isnt now... everything has started to fall apart after episode 10
I look at ch11-13 in a different perspective. Despite some people questioning the “continuity” details in the loop, episodes 11 to 13 for me were for Tol to prove how much he loves Tin without him saying it out loud. Unlike Tin who went through so many loops so his feelings for Tol was tested numerous times., Tol’s love just started when Tin died episode 10. . He could have just grieved and then move on; but that’s not Tol. We have a glimpse of his character in the way he loved Mai; he gave her so much. The family’s chest was open for Mai’s use to help her sick mom. Then with Tin, Tol risked his future, his happiness, his life to bring back Tin. And his heartbreak and yearning in episode 13 was so poignant.
So what if some viewers think there’s a continuity problem with Sak-Gan relationship and Tin’s personality? It’s Sammon’s world, her rules, her time loop and butterfly effect interpretation. Time-loop does not even exist in reality and I accepted it.! But the love story of Tin and Tol mattered to me and the actors, Sammon and the director made me feel it in so many different levels and it made my heart sing.
Perhaps the fault is not necessarily to be found in Unforgotten Night, but rather in the fact that KinnPorsche…
See, different tastes. 😋 Try Triage the series, it’s in the same world of Manner of Death. There’s no rated R though. Watch this in dramacool or Bilibili. Bad Buddy and Dark Blue Kiss tackled the terms wife in Thai BL, cliches like who is top and bottom, parents supporting their gay kids, everyone should announce they’re gay. Stuff like that. BL is not LGBTQ films, they are basically romance movies so a lot of misconceptions are shown. Together with Me (same leads in Manner of Death) tackles reality of gay relationships, accepting your sexuality, wolves in sheep’s clothing. 2gether is fun but had so much cliche. TharnType was super romantic but tackled very sensitive issues but left it without any resolutions. The victimizer even had his poor him side show.
Japanese BL. Have you seen: HIS,, Cherry Magic (netflix I think), Life Love on the Line (Netflix?), Old Fashioned Cupcake. For young BL: My Love Mix Up (netflix) ,Fukuo-Kun wa Kiss..(Mr.Unlucky has no choice but to Kiss, there’s more JBL that challenges what is normal and what is acceptable.

Oh that’s hard. Lol! And nothing is perfect. To each their own taste, right? My fave is definitely not number one to a lot of viewers,.. Hmmm what’s a safe BL that’s really good? (Let’s limit it to Thai coz a lot of countries have produced their own BL gems.): > Triage the series (rating #8.6) > Bad Buddy (#8.5)* > Kiss Me Again/Pete—Kao (#7.7k and it’s sequel Dark Blue Kiss (#8.0)* Bad Buddy and Dark Blue Kiss is directed by one of the best BL director so it’s very aware of the issues in same sex relationships > A Tale Of Thousand Stars (#8.6) > SOTUS (#8.1j watched part of it but it looked good. Very popular too > Together with Me (#7.9l) but not for everyone coz there are controversial topics but this is my #1. For me the issues shown here were part of real life, however hard they were to watch. But this has the heat and the story. Good production too. > Manner of Death (#8.3) not for everyone again for some reason, but the writer is the same writer of Triage the series. MoD came out first. Triage is better produced.
Havent seen the ff but they say it’s really good: >I told sunset about you (#8.3) and it’s sequel > Not Me (#8.5) got a lot of flak here coz I haven’t seen it yet. > He’s coming to me (#8.3)
Not a BL, it’s bromance: I’m Tee, Me Too (#8.2)
My guilty pleasures: 2gether, TharnType, Love by Chance (Pete and Ae!) and KP They are extremely romantic and sweet. They can cause diabetes. 🤪 but plot and the way the production presented same sex relationship and other issues raised a lot of eyebrows. That is why UN is liked by others. A mafia billionaire bad boy ready to give his all coz he’s so in love with Kim 🥰 swoooonnn.
Am sure these mentioned series have been seen by almost everyone . So many others have seen more than I. I also liked only happy endings. So many good sad endings out there were not mentioned . 😉

I disagree, KP is not the best. It’s extremely well done but it’s not the best story out there. And there are many BLs with great production too… UN’s fault is it’s low production value (which KP has loads of). Story is fine but so many are turned off with the way it’s shot. But others stay because of the story.
I didn’t watch the whole series, just watched where Tae and Tee appeared, basically ep 4&6. I think I see where this series is going, a social cancer ongoing with almost everyone having their own video camera and thinking they have the right to expose since it’s their camera. After episode 4, poor Tin wasn’t given enough space to show what happened to him. In fact his famous brother and partner was given more time. Even Tae and Tee directed their wrath to the wrong person. The series has great premise but The production, director and scriptwriters are not ready to feature such a delicate plot. Thus the very low rating.
OK I loved it, Earth & Mix have great chemistry. My only complaint is the ages of the characters. If Win's father…
It can happen if he married late and married a lot younger woman. Not an impossible situation. Just because it’s not the norm doesn’t mean it’s weird. Just like same sex romance should not be frowned upon, big age gap among partners shouldn’t either.
There are two types of viewers and non in-between. Either you love this pair or hate them. I happen to love them…
Freaking cringe worthy. The way it was produced is really bad. A lot dropped it. There are those who stayed to find fault per episode and have a good laugh. Others liked the story and verrrry forgiving with the visuals and acting. Probably because the scriptwriters stuck true to the novel. There’s a reason why it’s rated at 6.8.

I’ll take that. 😆 Main problem with viewers is the relationship between maze and his stepbrother. My main problem was the stepbrother actor, Yoon, can’t understand why they think he’s a hunk… LOL! And I see Yoon again in Unforgotten Night. Still don’t like him there. Yoon and I don’t jibe.
😢 I just reviewed the last part of ep.13 and saw the watch tower, I teared up again. They were sooo good. Tee’s voice was sooo sweet and melancholic. 😭 Then Tae’s was once again sweet and loving. And they looked great together. 😩 I can’t understand when others say they don’t feel the chemistry. How much more do they need? 😡

Japanese BL still has many series that are notable. There’s a lot in YouTube.
