Oh yikes now I'm kinda scared to watch. At first when it came out I didn't really have the time to watch it (then I also forgot about it for a while when I watched other stuff). Now I see the comments are not so positive. I'm always excited for GL series. I will still watch but I will also prepare myself to be disappointed I guess.
OK I watched this when it released and I couldn't finish it till today... because this was a torture to watch??? She looked so depressed, like she is going to cry at any moment... I don't know whose idea it was to film her when she was in such a bad state?

Well I finished all 8 episodes and it's really beautiful! I'm kinda glad I didn't watch when it started because it's nice to binge watch when series is so good like this one.
GL/BL or str8 romance a lot of times series have very CRINGE moments and I need to stop watching for like 10-15 minutes to recover from all the cringe. But this series has zero cringe moments for me.

Idk... in my opinion I kinda believe he did like him but said he didn't because he moved to another country... idk that's at least explanation I have since it was portrayed like he was a bit interested in him. If he wouldn't look so pleased with himself when Mhok was sad/upset when Day was into August then I wouldn't think that and I would think that August is just an a***ole.
This series is truly well done and really beautiful. I'm glad I gave it a chance. Right now this could be my favorite along with 1000 stars.

Then I watched To the beautiful you and I loved her so much in that drama 💞 I was always keeping up with her (and Krystal as well), when Sulli released her solo I was so happy because it was totally my style of songs. Goblin, On the moon & Dorothy were such amazing tracks. I thought I CAN'T WAIT TILL SHE RELEASES MORE MUSIC!

Their previous series was good to me at the start but later on I had to drop it because I didn't find it interesting anymore. I hope this one will be better. By the comments I assume it's worth watching so I'll watch ep 1 before bed.
It's pretty average story wise in my opinion. Like an average revenge movie but fighting scenes are good acting is good as well. So I'd say it's pretty good. It's also not boring at any point (for me at least).

I just want to start by saying I avoided this series because of Krist. But now I watched 9 episodes all together in 2 days and I'll probably finish this series today later on.
I haven't been avoiding this series because of his previous comments but because he was in Sotus... and yes people say this series was legendary but for me Sotus was extremely boring and I thought the actors don't really have much chemistry (idc if Sotus fans hate me for my opinion but I think it was a snooze fest). So I just thought he isn't really good in BL roles.
There are a few gmmtv actors that I think never do well. And this is why I avoid series when I think someone just wasn't that good in some previous series. Because often when I get bored and I do check out the series I can see I was right and someone's series is boring or cringe again.
But I was very surprised by this series. I do love time travel plots, but some can be really poorly written, either story is good from the start but it goes downhill from that point on. But here... I think all episodes were good.
I dropped quite a few gmmtv series this year, or I watched it on 2 times speed. Because at some point, just cute things are not enough to keep me there. I want a good story as well.
Every episode was interesting to me and I never lost any interest in the story. I love how we get characters as Pear since a lot of times women are used in the stories just to be shown as bitches, jealous, evil... and their purpose is only to break up the couple. If Pear had her own series I'd totally watch it that's how much I liked her character. And this is how it should be - every character should be important (at least the main ones and Pear was a big part of the story as well) enough to care about their lives as well. When Pear is hurt I can understand why, because even if she did not like Kawi more than a friend, later on she became closer to him. And was a bit disappointed/heartbroken. I mean who wouldn't be disappointed ar least a bit when your good friend (Pisaeng) doesn't like you more than a friend and then when someone who likes you (Kawi) falls for another one when you actually started liking him more because you got to know him more he falls for another person.
I think the writing was good, the actors did an amazing job, the chemistry was there. Kawi liking Pear was believable - that goofy smile when he saw her was adorable. and it was believable when he started liking Pisaeng. He had good chemistry with both. Same ofc for Pear it was believable when she liked Pisaeng, and you could see how she started liking Kawi more. And ofc Pisaeng also had good chemistry with Kawi. They all did so well.
Like I said I need to finish the series today, but I really liked the series and I was grateful we got such an amazing character like Pear because I'm so sick of it when girls are just pure evil in BL series.
