Okey does anyone else get a little freaked out by the age gap between the actors or is it just me?
He's 21, an adult. When they cast underage actors with late 20's or older then yeah it's gross to me and I don't watch such series. But here both are adults so I don't see a problem personally.
Ah I just noticed 2nd ep in in less than 4 hours. I can watch it a bit on my lunch break and make my life a little less miserable at wok. I'll have to finish it tomorrow morning tho because my lunch break isn't long enough.
I'm not quite sure... some parts are funny... but sometimes they over-do-it with their reactions... and I get it it's a comedy, I wouldn't even mind this but I kinda mind because I find their personalities a bit childish as well. Yes I'm aware that this is only series and not real life but I found Gun's reaction in ep 1 childish, when he told Cher that "he found him"... I mean you'd think this dude is high on drugs or something lmao. I was really like... yeah he's doing some hard drugs while watching that part where he starts covering Cher's upper face... and the fact he calls him in his office for this was kinda dumb to me. I wish this was revealed a bit differently.
Their previous series they got together was good at first to me, later I dropped it (it started well for me but it got boring fast). Let's see of this will be different this time and the series will get better. They do have chemistry together but idk how I feel about their series. I'm not going to rate the series yet... I'll wait till I watch at least 3 episodes I guess. Right now I really don't know how to feel about the series yet because I do think some parts are funny, but then... I find both main characters annoying at times...
you keep saying he did bad, but you didn't say what he did that was so bad. what does a psychopath look like?
He gave us nothing from the line delivery to his expression, even blank expressions actors do, you can feel right away that their character is not a normal person. Keep fangirlong or whatever you want, idc. He looks like a rookie and this is his 1st job. He's not believable as a "stalker" he's not believable as a serial killer, he's not believable as a psychopat. I don't feel like wasting more time on you... because no one is stopping you to enjoy below average performance. Enjoy it. If he was unknown with zero fanbase people's comments would be way different... but people always felt like they need to protect their faves, even when they give us nothing... so I get you.

There are psychos with blank expression yet you still feel they are psychos with the way they talk, with their line delivery, the tone of their voice and so on... he really gave me nothing. His blank expression didn't even looked like "psycho blank expression", it looked like a blank expression of someone who has no idea how to portray a psychopath. I have seen many, many actors that did blank expression amazingly when they had a role of a psychopath... but like I said, even his line delivery did nothing for me. I guess he should take some lessons from Dong Wook so he could teach him how to portray psychopath correctly.

Then read it again because I said what he did was so bad and I won't be repeating myself. Also probably you have seen zero good movies with actual good psychopaths.
I'm going to be completely honest. I was surprised when I saw people commenting how Siwan portrays psychopath well because boy oh boy... he have me nothing. Absolutely nothing. From his expression, from the way he delivered lines... there was nothing psycho like about him.
I only saw him in Strangers from hell. Dong Wook was carrying the show for me and he portrayed psychopath amazingly!!! Siwan was okay there, I'm not going to lie I liked him in that show. But here as a psychopath... just not believable. I don't know what kind of psychopath movies people watch that they think he did amazing... maybe just hardcore fans who want to praise their favorite person?
Even in Psychopath diary (comedy) the main actor that portrayed Dong Shik looked more like a psychopath sometimes (when he thought that he was a serial killer) than Siwan in this movie. So I'd say he 100% doesn't fit a role of a psychopath, unless someone else is carrying the show like Dong Wook in Strangers from hell. I'm not saying that he is a bad actor just that as a psycho he's not convincing at all.
The main actress did amazing! She was believable, just great acting, great expressions, great line delivery, I have zero complains. I was impressed with her. She definitely saved the movie.
Other actors did well too.... but the plot was predictable... you could easily predict the lines of the characters as well. I'd give movie 4/10 but because I loved Woo Hee I will rate it 6/10.
I was so exited for this but I hot busy and I only watched 1st and 2nd ep... I will binge watch this over the weekend 💗 But I guess yay for me because I don't have to wait for so long since 8 series are out already. I can watch 6 episodes at once 😆

I love everything about this series because I love mystery with supernatural/horror/sci-fi elements. And ofc cute friendships are always a plus.
I also love June a lot.
There are no weak actors here, hopefully this series will be very successful so we get more of such genre.
