I really wish they will gave Eiw another close friend... it sucks to see him when he's just waiting for Cake's attention like a little sad puppy. Let's see what happens today~

I guess for them every attention is good attention. Because they can't get attention otherwise. Or maybe they are just s**t people who always act this way and their goal wasn't even attention but they are just used to act like this and forget that people will call them out on it.

I saw some stuff from twitter,inks that were posted here on mdl but still have no idea who these 2 guys are (by that I mean idk what kind of dramas they play in and so on) I never heard of them before I think.

Today is the day. I hope the rating will soon be 9.

Not to mention bl fans also defend such shows and find SA hot, cute... and they romanticize abusive relationships too.

Yeah you're right about seeing this as normal friendship. And maybe Cake could like Eiw right now as well... but decides he wants to date a girl because he's afraid of being different. Or maybe he likes girls and boys... and is afraid that he would ruin friendship with Eiw if he confesses so he decides to go after his other crush... idk just my theories lol.

Also on the bright side people on yt praise series a lot, and Earth's acting too.

It's cute and I'm glad this is friendship at first because I'm kinda tired of enemy to lovers thingy.

I don't cry it about this either but like... they wrote the character that way so we can't do anything about it. I just think Earth portrays this character well.
I still need to see the very last episode because I didn't know about this series until 2 days ago and I just started watching today 😁

I get it that some people don't like when characters act this way. So it's all good but I just thought that Eiw has a good reason to act like this. And he is supposed to be young in this episodes and when we are young things that seem like nothing to us when we are adults, the same things seem like the end of the world to us when we are young. I remember I was dramatic when I was a teen sometimes as well. And if I think back this seems silly now because such problems weren't really real problems. But some young people don't realize that. That's all 🙂

It's not for no reason. Even in the first episode you could see that Eiw doesn't like being around too many people so he doesn't refuse for no reason. I'd gladly refuse to hang out if that would mean being around too many people. I'd also rather be with just 1 or 2 of my close friends. I don't cry about it but still. It's not like Eiw does this for no reason at all.

I avoid too many people personally because other people suck the energy out of me. I went out with close friends before and there were way too many loud people around me and all I can think of if f..k I want to go home. At least I can have fun being all alone but when there are so many people I wanna kms lol.

Ok I just started watching this today and I'm already watching ep 4 now... I'm not sure why some people say that Earth is a bad actor when he is literally portraying someone who's more of a loner, someone who depends on his bestie and of course it's harder for him when Cake likes some girl but he is cuddling Eiw and gives him affection. He's so happy when he's being cuddled, but then when he hears about Rin the reality hits him, and realizes that Cake sees him as his best friend and soon he'll spend less and less time with him if he will have to "share him" with Rin.

Of course it's not Cake's fault at all because he doesn't know how much Eiw loves him. Personally I think it's even harder for Eiw because Cake is all touchy and cuddly with him and then Eiw realizes that to Cake all these cuddles don't mean so much to him, because Cake sees him as a best friend only. So of course Eiw will act all sad when Cake doesn't respond to him when he is messaging Rin. Because when he's messaging her he's in his own world and he doesn't even hear Eiw untill Eiw calls him a few times.
He's afraid to be abandoned, and he has no one else. He talks to other boys at school but as I can see others are mostly someone he talks to, they are not his close friends. Cake is all Eiw has. So what do you expect other than him being sad when he feels all these feelings.
Is it bad to depend so much on someone. Yes but that's what Earth's character does. They wrote that character that way.

You can have your opinion and say that Earth is a bad actor but I think he's portraying Eiw perfectly.

Let's be real here. No one will drop the series because of a random review. People will watch it and see it for themselves. But from review they can know what to expect. Bad reviews never stopped me from watching anything. Reviews only prepared me not to have high expectations.
