Beautiful story with so many layers and meanings. 10/10 for me ! I'm fighting the urge to watch it again today :) I'm not so good with names so I recommend writing them down at the start to avoid the confusion (there are not many of them).
I actually came to this section to see what people are saying about the story and meanings behind it and it is very disappointing to see people spamming with hate and comparing this show with the original. Same thing happens with books or comics adaptations... Why is it so hard to understand that every work of art stands on it's own and should be judged like that.

Happy ending YES - She ends up with Do San and Ji Pyung accepts her decision. Love triangle yes but it never gets ugly. They both respect her decisions.

This drama is good and I have no idea why some ppl don't like it. Ending was a little bit rushed and no closure for 2nd lead couple and that is why I gave it 9.5 . Overall it was fun to watch.
I have no idea why this drama is so underrated. Ji Chang Wook and Kim Yoo Jung are just amazing as main leads, and so are all the other actors too. Drama is funny and interesting from beginning to the end, and it is not heavy. I loved it and I'm sure I'll watch it again.
Watch it. You won't regret it! The story develops slowly but it wouldn't be that good if they made it in any other way. I came for JCW but stayed for this meaningful story.

You won't see Mudeok or her "soul" (read the manner of acting/personality) again in "Part 2". If you liked the character very much think twice before watching "Part 2".
There is something special about this drama....The cast did their best for 6 episodes and left me craving for more...The story is simple but the meaning will be stuck with you for a long time.
This is the second time I watched it after I came to know all actors from all 3 shows, and I again I was laughing like crazy :) Love them all !!! It felt like 3 days wasn't enough. I want more please ....
Finished Healer in 4 days. Why did I wait so long to watch this amazing drama ?! Every single thing about it is 10 stars - story, acting, ost... Still fighting the urge to watch it again :) This is now my No1 kdrama I would recommend people to watch first. Also, I would like to add that I don't pay attention about the year of release. It was 2014 but it looks like it was filmed this year. It will never get old :)
Romance. Romance. Romance. No drama! If you want to watch something like that this is perfect! I loved it!!! It was cute, adorable, funny and the ending wasn't rushed.
Short but light, beautiful and funny drama. Very realistic too. Feels like some parts of the story were edited out so I wish eps were a little longer but the main story is there.
This is one nice and relaxing love story with happy ending for every character. There is no nerve wrecking plots/characters and I really enjoyed watching it except the 1 year time jump. (I can't emphasize enough just how much I hate time jumps longer than 1 month, except those with a very good reason!!!) I don't understand people commenting that there are no romantic moments. I guess we see things differently? There are plenty of them throughout the whole drama.
