My father still has the ulcer, but not to the extreme case of it being cancerous (thank you for asking 🥰🥰🥰). My relationship with him have always been great. He may have been strict, but I can feel the love from him. Even more so now that I’m older. Like I said, it understand thr INTENTION.

Well…L&R ended up being subbed by ProductiveProcastion (out of her own time and good heart). She was done with her subs in late September/October 2020 (drama aired in Aug/Sept 2020) and Viki didn’t release their subs until about 1 month after PP release her subs.
I remember I was manually making the Eng subs for Word of Honor back in April 2021, but the drama aired in Feb/March 2021. So it was probably a month later before subs were out…😭

I’m feeling the same as you. My father and mother were the same way when I was that age; so I can really relate. Even more, my father also have a stomach ulcer, so this drama really hits me more personal. As I’m older now, I can look back and see his INTENTION of wanting a better life for me. Being a mother myself now, I also want the same thing for my daughter. Granted I wouldn’t go to the extreme way the father in drama behaved, but I UNDERSTAND. Just my two cents on this topic. 😊
