Yeah, I agree to you. tvN drama BAYM did Global conference but TF didn't .So,I think tvN & Netflix don't expect it to be a global regarding the genre. (Maybe lowkey since they show it on Netflix Global cause JH is a well known actor).
But tvN did promote it crazily without subtitles which mean they have certain expectations which are local ratings and good reception . The drama gets this. The rating for ep 1 ,2 is good enough and reception is pretty good. I also think Junho chose this script to showcase his acting .
Now the reception is pretty positive, I can see Netflix starts to promote it.
He got popularity from KTL . Cashero may be project that may get more international popularity, since its pre-promotion viewers are higher than Typhoon Family. And I fans are more drawn to either Romance or Action drama.
