The preview is promising. From the preview, it isn't Tae-poong intention to become a CEO (a leader) at first . His initial intention seems to be trying to get valuables from his dad's company as much as possible , and the crews do not trust him.
The journey of trust building and team bonding has to come first.

Not all studio dragons drama released this year get a chance to be aired on Netflix. I've been to their instagram page . But some of their dramas didn't come to Netflix.
It may not be a romantic melodrama like 'The Red Sleeve' or Rom Com like 'King The Land' .Though it is a coming of age genre ,it seems to have Romance.
Junho is an actor. He has to try different genres to build his profile, to be recognized by critics, and I am glad he is brave to do so rather than sticking to popular genres alone.
