That's what I am saying. The ML was getting attracted to the FL while he was in a relationship. And people who justify this by saying it was arranged, I really don't know what to say to them. Even if it was, he should've broken up with her and end the relationship cleanly. But noooo, he strings the FL along with him and also made many derogatory remarks regarding her, while also simultaneously getting engaged. The excuse that the relationship was aranged doesn't mean it gives the ML a free cheating pass.
The ML cheating on hus gf with the FL the entire time was justified at the end by the fact that she was also cheating on him.
Everything felt lame and the FL seemed so damn stupid (at least to me) .
There was really no chemistry between the main leads.
But the main reason why I didn't like this drama was definitely the emotional cheating the ML did.
Like c'mon, we as an audience knew that his gf was a bully, that's why we didn't feel bad when he was disregarding her and falling for the FL. But the ML didn't know that and still cheated on her.
And the ML's father, I wanted to slap him so many times. But his mother still didn't divorce him in the end.
