Yup it's my most anticipated drama too, everything about it ticks my boxes and I'm loving the leads together, very good choice of pairing from the production. Like it's literally still filming but I wanna watch it already so it says a lot. I wish the cast and crew the best, they all work so hard 🥹

The production is Linmon Pictures - one of the top Chinese productions (along with Xinli etc).

Maybe it wasn't leaked yet or they made some adjustments as most adaptions do. Reuters only show very few scenes of the whole drama, it can't cover everything, especially when we all know how little this drama has been leaked so far☺️

It's produced by a well-known and skilled production, I think Xu Kai and Tian Xiwei as a pair have gained a lot more attention from the reuters lately so I believe they'll do well when it airs☺️

Right off the bat I have to say their chemistry is amazing, there's something so subtle and cozy about it. Like I literally get butterflies just from seeing the simple touch and how they smile looking at each other 🫠 So beautiful and adorable together. I didn't know temptress Tian Xiwei would slay this hard but I need her 🥵 She's doing perfectly how I imagined WZ would act, teasing & flirting, a bit mischievous and dominant.

So excited for Xiwei's upcoming drama In Between, which is her first angsty lead role so I'm really looking forward to seeing her get out of her comfort zone. Guardians of the Dafeng and Moonlit Reunion both look so promising, her chemistry with her leads seem great already, and their visuals😍 I've been enjoying many Xiwei's previous works, including her supporting role in My True Friend (she paired up with Zhang Wanyi and she did incredibly well for a newbie, one of her heaviest roles till date). I'm rooting for my girl, hopefully 2024 will become her best year professionally ❤️

Both leads are very generous, from the multiple food support to new year envelopes 🥰 BTW I finished the novel and I loved it. Really enjoyed a love story where there's no miscommunication and both leads love each other so deeply and dearly. I hope the script is a better developed version of the novel that keeps the essence of their love. So excited for this drama, can't believe we're only gonna see it next year the earliest 🥹

Haha the ml in the novel is pretty intriguing tbh, and he's the sweetest husband, of course fl Wu Zhen is a baddie but I don't think ml is overshadowed, they compliment each other well. I hope it's adapted well into the drama, and even if he's there to be pretty and love his wife I don't mind, I love ml with these traits 😆
