Reality check, I'm still obsessed with this show. Never find this slow, I just like how they're developing their relationships. Those witty conversations that sometimes I couldn't keep up to. Lol. And the chemistry of all the 4 leads!!! That's the real gem of this show! <3
It's kinda hard to watch the actress acts as a high schooler 'coz I'm used to her grown up roles. I still love her tho. It's just that the original has this "magic" that idk how to describe.
Also, I don't have any problems with the pacing. As far as I remember in the original, it's also shown in the first ep that Jiang Chen secretly cares for Xiao Xi. Maybe because YiTian was very effective in showing he's uninterested? Idk.
Bottom line, you'll not enjoy this if you continue to compare.
I love Ho Rang X Eun Taek but right now I'm so invested with Ho Rang X So Hyun. Omg. Cried watching their scenes. I'm so frustrated with Ho Rang. I want to know more.
