I have hunch too that maybe, the little girl might be Bong Hwan's great grandmother. I also hope that the Chef and Lady Choi ends up together, and could be Bong Hwan's parents at present (his parents were not shown right? Maybe he just forgot how they look) add in Hong Yeon as his sister? (lol i'm taking this too far already haha

I'd never been this addicted to a historical/royalty romcom drama ever since Goong/Princess Hours! I had to make an MDL account just to say it out loud, I frickin looooove it! (It also reminds me of Queen: Love and War.) My theory is that Jang Bong Hwan is the soul reincarnate of So Young in modern times, he just went back and share the same body with his past life, and that Cheoljeong is So Young's soulmate...I hope Bong Hwan comes to terms with that already lol. So the message in here is that no matter the gender or how one looks like, true love will last more than just one lifetime (how sweet). I hope we could see Cheoljeong have his soul reincarnate too. Ugghh this show makes my weekends so much better!
