E23: end of E22 or beginning of E23, the scene where FL is holding on ML's hand, the shot looks off as her hand/forearm isn't strained by the weight of trying to hold onto someone who is about to fall, this is a technical issue I found.
E22: apparently the FL and company learned nothing and still distrust the police, thinking too highly of themselves and being heroes with invulnerability, went after the main baddie(past brother in law) by themselves, I predict the end coming when the reporter does something half way through and tries to do another task, he got what he deserved for being stupid, the writers tries to make the scene more dramatic, but all it does is feature the characters sudden amnesia to common sense.
wanted to check out this series as I'm a fan of 2nd FL, couldn't get pass E2 as the interactions seem forced; FL is too much of a know it all with a photographic memory, her speech pattern also irks me, the audience.
after 4 Episodes: being nitpicky here, the female operatives cast doesn't look the part; the female terrorist that got away looked the part; the whole villain enterprise behind a laptop screen is too much of a joke, can't stop laughing thinking they are Cobra vs GIJoe
18 E in and is quite good, though there is a mislabel E between E7 and E8 on youtube, the labels should switch with eachother. Similar to 'The Americans' where spies settled down after their initial mission.
on E10, the bad henchmen got shot in the torso, then broke his own hand to get out of handcuffs, somehow manage to hid in the backseat of a cop car for the whole day and not to be noticed till the very end when he kills the unobservant cop, this is just some really bad writing, the actors are not exactly A-list, none of them seem to carry their role; since there is only 12 E in this short series, I will finish it so I can give a proper review.
on E18, hinesight is 20/20, but I can't help thinking real life crime investigators would make such a rookie move inserting a unchecked USB into their network PCs. Probably just a plot moving device, but a rather poor one.
where did you get the 'obvious cheating' from, there wasn't even 'cheating' in any of the scenes; the brother…
there were some time jumps; they got their divorce back at their hometown where they got married, next they were back at Beijing, she had moved on and the divorced successful guy happen to found her on the street. I think her character is pretty believable. If anyone is entitled, is the boss lady, just because she got pregnant, she feels like she deserve to be center of the world. The loser brother finally woke up after being at the 'bottom of the well', I wouldn't call his business a 'meal ticket' by any means, but he's at least able to support himself. Both of the guys weren't the right guy for her, one is too dreamy, the other is a workaholic, both extremes; she finally realized that.
I don't care how the brother is, that girl is obviously cheating and leaving her options open. No matter what,…
where did you get the 'obvious cheating' from, there wasn't even 'cheating' in any of the scenes; the brother is such a loser, thinking too highly of himself, falling for a scam to the same person repeatedly; she was the one having a job and providing for them both, giving him chance after chance
The brother by another mother is very dislikable and cliche with his naivity with society. The husband is too loyal to his incompetent business partner, the story doesn't really back up why that is other than a sentence mentioning he brought him into the circle; even then any regular person would not stand by the incompetent fool who lost all of their business money to a scam.
