China is the biggest example of why gun control is bad. if the ordinary citizens don't have gun ownership, then that gives the government/military more leeway for tyranny. Thomas Jefferson wanted ordinary americans to own guns so that they could be protected from the government and that free speech in general could be protected. Guns are evil but they have become a necessary evil in order for society to be balanced. In China, only the privileged/rich/elite own guns and they have all the power in that country. Its a military dictatorship, so ordinary people can't speak up or say anything against them. Thats scary. To live in a world where you have to be fake 24/7. I say let them go down all together and don't worry about it.
