Thank you very much for your prompt feedback! I have already watched all the episodes and found it difficult to provide a clear explanation. It seems to me so strange that I cannot 'rest in peace' (:)) after this not-so-obvious ending symbolism. Maybe the English / Romanian translations were among the misleading factors... The phrase that you mentioned was translated as "When the snowy rosa flowers bloom, that means I have come to visit you". Not knowing Chinese prevents me from a clear understanding. But if the translation is as you mentioned it, things are getting clearer...

P.S. This is the first time I get so immersed into a drama, the first time I sign up to a specialized community, the first time I write... I saw the last episode yesterday and since then I kept on asking myself why not privileging people with happy endings instead of verging on saddening feelings... I will be further looking only for unequivocal happy endings when I start watching a new drama. If you have any suggestions, I will be more than grateful to you.

Hi! Isn't there a way to find out an 'official' standpoint from the drama production team regarding the interpretation of the ending? This would ease all our doubts...
