I JUST HEARD ABOUT THE SEASON TWO. I'M SO DAMN HAPPY Y'ALL

I just realised this will take FIVE FUCKING MONTHS to complete. Till then I'll be done with my finals for this semester and the finals for next semester will be around the corner. I'M COOKED 😭😭

Hope this turns out good and keeps me entertained. I dropped "We are", so I really hope this will keep me company till the very end. finger crossed 🤞

The whole cast is younger than me. I've never watched a BL where the WHOLE CAST is younger than me. The only older people are guest roles. Damn

I really want to wait for all the episodes to come out, wanna binge it. I CAN'T BE OBSESSED WITH ANYONE ELSE RIGHT NOW.

Thursday and I completed this. Every character has their own thing going on. This drama is mostly about the game. And about friendship, character growth, learning, family love, chu ying. I'll never forget Chu Ying, him being excited about small things and cherishing small moments is my happy pill. Our frenemies; Yu Liang and Shi Guang, they got me smiling and chuckling every time they interacted. Fang Xu was my love, oh! Love that man. Every friend, every teacher, every elderly, THEY WERE SO WELL WRITTEN. Mr. Zhu was THE mood. The first encounter with him and I was already liking the man. Him throwing the cup and breaking it into pieces, SATISFYING.

Will miss them, wished there was a second season.

Just completed the 25th episode and damn! I'VE BEEN CRYING EVERY EPISODE. I'm really emotional and every little thing just makes me tear up but this series? It makes me cry a river every time. And episode 25 was just me crying from start to the end. I'm really impressed.

I started Monday and have been obsessed with this. THIS IS SO GOOD

I watched his "Master devil do not kiss me" at the end of 2019 and I really liked him. And after watching "Love better than immortality", I was in love. He deserves much more love and recognition. I also watched "My love from the Ocean", "Prodigy healer", "Parallel love" and "The blood of youth". He is an amazing actor.

The guy who made the hair bet with Xiang Yi. He didn't comb his hair for a decade. That guy. And thanks for correcting me.

Episode 7 & 8. I'm sobbing. I just cried my eyes out the whole two episodes even at the point when I was supposed to smile. The beach, the train, the goodbye. I wanted Maya to have the most traumatic death but it's okay. He's at least dead. Haoran is a strong character. I've never seen a character go through the shits he went through, living a life.

I wished there was one more episode but it's the end. "Happy of the end", lived up to it's name. I wish Haoran and Chihiro a beautiful life together, the happy smiles and cute cuddles together. Two deeply broken souls healed each other and will love each other until the very end.

Love this series. It's raw and disgustingly beautiful. It shows the reality, the shits that happen in real life. Not a fluffy, goofy series.

I pray you go through what Haoran went through. And you should get married to the man on your pfp. You both will be the perfect couple, so cute.

you're fangirling over a rapist. So, it's understandable that you think everyone is fangirling over some idol while we legit didn't even know he was an idol until you announced that in a million comments.

What? I didn't even know he is an idol. In fact I never even looked into the actors. I don't even know their names. I just know them as Haoran and Chihiro. And there are probably so many more like me, you would have known if you had actually read the comments. I love the series, the realistic and compelling storyline. If you didn't like it, that's none of my business. But saying "fangirling reviews and up-rating" is something I couldn't get past.

That aside, I really loved this drama. I'm really into Chinese bromance and have always been into historical Chinese dramas. So, this was a win-win for me.

BL? No. Bromance? Yes. Straight romance? A little bit. Worth it? YES!

I really wanted the sister to end up with Zhan (the one who made the hair bet with Xiang Yi). He really liked her and they're such a good match. Every time Jiao Li Xiao appeared on screen, I would scream 'She's pretty'. I loved her smile and she looks amazing in red (I know she's a villain). Her red eyeliner, red robe, evil laugh made me remember my baby; Wen Ke Xing (Never getting over WOH).

Li Lian Hua is a very kind man, he loves saving others even at the cost of his own life. Fang Xiaobao is Lian Hua's sulky puppy, he's a jealous and protective person. A' Fei is a "Just kill him" guy, has a very soft spot for Lian Hua. All together, the three of them are a warm, wholesome family.

The ending was an open ending. It was worth it.

Prison him in a dark basement. Cut a piece of meat on his body each day and feed that to his own mouth. Let him feel the pain, let him go through hell until he is only left as a skeleton. That's me being unrealistic and cruel.

Episode 9: THE LAST PART WAS SO UNEXPECTED!!
What's going on in between the teachers? Aren't the two guys a couple? They keep on confusing me. Zhao Xi and Jenny keep on flirting with each other. Even if it's friends teasing each other, I feel like that's troubling Bei Ting, he seems insecure. And now, Zhao Xi seems troubled. I really don't understand what's going on here.

And why is the teacher being blamed with Jia Hao's case? If you do something wrong, teachers should be disciplining you. Calling a bunch of thugs to beat up your classmate is not an honouring situation to be in. You cannot get away with "I'm lonely" card.

Wang's 'Ge' card will get him anything he desires. He has got Tian wrapped around his pinky. Tian's dominance when it comes to Wang's safety is so endearing to watch.

I'm seriously hoping for a second season 'cause we will not be getting a satisfying ending in this one it seems. There's a lot left with only 3 episodes to cover.

Episode 5. Haoran's "It hurts" was so emotional. I couldn't stop crying. My baby.

Chihiro wants to live because of Haoran and Haoran wants to live because of Chihiro. Chihiro wanting to protect Haoran from that evil creature of a man named Maya and Haoran wanting to protect Chihiro from that pathetic psycho of a man named Maya. Like, Maya when I catch you Maya.

The "live-in boyfriend" got me, Chihiro and Kaji "huh?" and then Haoran himself "huh?". The "I'll be in your care" gets me every time in any Japanese BL. I don't know why, it just sounds so cute and sweet.

Why does this series gets me crying at the end of every episode? I cried at the end of both the episodes today. (5 & 6) I WANT MAYA D£ADDDDDDD, BURN HIM ALIVE, CUT HIM INTO PIECES, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, BUT K!LL HIM

Episode 4 was the most traumatising compilation of events I've ever witnessed in any other series, in my whole life. Haoran went through hell, his whole life, his whole existence is traumatic. And now, the person he loved the most? I couldn't even control my sobbing the whole episode. Had to pause just to let the moment sink in every minute.

Maya needs to be dead till the end of the series. I would love to k!ll him myself, give him the most painful death ever.
