Am confused too because apparently FX is the emperor’s son too. Am not sold on this yet nor convinced. Perhaps I simply don’t get it. However, the emperor hates the idea of anyone having too much power, sway in any form so he plays these balancing games. It was why he killed off FX’s mother. I love the fact that one can’t easily read his mind or actions. I think FL’s father is a dark horse to watch or at least I would like to believe that he is not so simple

I would love it if ML convinces himself that SZ is is dead wife and just play along with her hiding her real identity and fall in love before the princess who is bound to be either evil, spoilt or manipulative turns up to create the usual angst
I think THO is using KIH for his own family revenge. It will , of course back fire, since there’s zero loyalty between the friends and between him and the chairman. His downfall are the FL and KIH sister somehow . Just musing
