I just want to explain the ending for some, it is not really that bad. Actually I am looking forward to it. Some says the amnesia thing is cliche in the drama which is might be true since it is common in chinese dramas. But I think the writer needed this for a reason. There was a part in the earlier episode while the ML and his brother was talking, the ML was determined to win her back, the brother said he owe the FL a lot with the way he treated her before and she was not his first love? I think that is why the amnesia thing happened for him to be a new person, and the FL can become his first love and he can truly make her happy because he has no pain of the past and can see what truly matters in life.
