The fact that Lan WangJi names A'Yuan as 'Lan Sizhui' which actually means "to yearn for" just shows how much…
He IS the best dad! There's also a beautiful fanfic I read that portrayed how LWJ actually spent his 16 years without WWX. It showed how he could randomly see hints of WWX in A'Yuan and how it pained him, how he raised A'Yuan and how he let A'Yuan kind of fill the loss he felt from WWX's death.
I have a question, I'm still reading the novel but isn't Ye Wang Xi male? Did they change him into a woman like…
Where are you reading the novel? I've completed Rynn's translation and now am MTLing it from chapter 140 and the translation is sooo odd :( I'm currently on chapter 230 and I'm barely hanging on....
How do I give this a rating of 11/10..... How do I get over this....? Ah... it's been nine months now.... is it going to be like this forever? Can someone pls give me some hope? I read all MXTX novels, watched this show thrice, watched the special edition once, watched the donghua, painted and drew WangXian and HuaLian at least five times, gave Wuji and Bu Wang at least a thousand views, visited this mdl page 717636 times, joined discord, changed all my wallpapers, alarms and ringtones.... I still see no end... *sigh* I think I'll just drown in my own despair...
After watching this you'll cry why it had 50 episodes and not 500
Ahh... I love to see people go through this phase where they initially doubt the drama but then get hooked to it lol... This was my first Wuxia drama as well and tbh, I'm still not a fan of the CGI in it, but it's a pretty low budget drama compared to other wuxia and Xianxia dramas, but they still managed to pull it off pretty well. And I've just watched it for the third time lmao.
You can find it here but if you want proper romance, you should wait for the later half of the book. The first half, on the other hand, definitely has some very satisfying romantic undertones that'll keep you engaged throughout. But the drama is TOTALLY worth the watch. Even though it doesn't have scenes where the leads kiss, you will be extremely satisfied with the 'long stares', the 'sweet smiles' and the 'bromance'. It is much more sweeter and romantic than many BL's that usually have the 'steamy' scenes.
thinking about how lan wangji realized that he absolutely could not lose wei wuxian the very moment he lost him.…
The fact that Lan WangJi names A'Yuan as 'Lan Sizhui' which actually means "to yearn for" just shows how much of a hole Wei Wuxian's disappearance left in his heart... when I found out about this, I was crying buckets ah.... The emotions this drama makes one feel are real.

I won't defend Tharn's behavior at the end of the first episode, but honestly, Type's homophobia has a reason. When he was eleven, Type was sexually abused by a man and the aftereffects weren't pleasant as well which caused him to be homophobic. I'm definitely not forcing you to watch the show by telling you this, but there was a reason and whether good or bad, judging the show based on the first episode is not very nice... TharnType is not very high on my list, but it's definitely one of the good BLs I watched though it touched on very controversial topics.
To all those ppl who feel 'fooled' by the mdl and viewership ratings of this show, pls walk in with no expectations. That way you will be able to enjoy each and every part of it without having to look forward to something YOU expected to see in the show. Honestly, it's a bit cliche and dramatic, but it's not bad. It was directed and edited very well, and even though the script was off at times, it was truly engaging.
Can anyone explain to me why they keep passing around $1 bills like it's big money?
Even to this day, North Korea is a very 'military oriented' country (idk if that's the write term to use, but I hope you get the point). So the life style and cost of living over there is not great unless ones family is in a high position in the military or unless one owns their own successful business. As of today, one USD is equal to a little over 900 North Korean Won and since the cost of living there is so low, a dollar can buy them a lot of stuff. They might be earning equally less as well. There are many documentaries and Ted talks where refugees from NK have spoken about their life there and it's truly distressing.
I'm on ep 8 and I can relate to you. I do understand what's going on, but I don't know why everything feels so…
Oh don't drop it (but it is upto you of course. Not forcing). I assure you it's getting better with every episode. Idk if it's getting 'less confusing' since I'm not far off, but it's definitely getting more engaging. And I bet the mdl ratings for this drama should speak for itself haha. There must be something in this show that made everyone praise it the way they did. And besides, I started watching this show with no expectations so I'm quite pleased with it.
For people who think this drama is 'very' overrated, I do agree to the fact that this might not have one of the best plots, or acting or even direction. But when you look at the drama as a whole, everything seems so consistent and fulfilling. It had the right amount of humor, fluff, and crack when compared to many other 'romances' and 'dramas'. Honestly, I'm not a fan of the whole inner plot of this story, the 'kidnappings' part, but I see myself coming back to watch clips of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon every time I needed a break from all the intense drama plots I've been watching lately. My advice to ppl who are yet to watch this drama, save it for when you watch a LOT of suspense, thrillers or action and need a break. That's probably when you will be able to appreciate how cute it is.
I'm on episode 5 and can barely understand everything that's going on... I wonder if anyone had the same feeling…
I'm on ep 8 and I can relate to you. I do understand what's going on, but I don't know why everything feels so jumbled and mixed up. I absolutely love the cinematography and the way things are, but I agree, it's a bit confusing.
I absolutely loved how short and sweet this show was. I watched it with my younger sister and we both squealed a lot lmao. Definitely worth a watch and most will like it.
Not sure why so many are trashing this series. All the BL series are full of cliches, questionable plots, and…
I completely share the same thoughts as you on this show. Honestly, even with the steep decline of the later half of the show, I still hold 2gether as one of the 'good' BL's I've watched so far. It made me smile and squeal and I'll probably rewatch the first 10 episodes sometime in the future.
To start off, Tine and Sarawat had one of the best chemistry in BL I've seen so far. They had a cliche yet a good story to go with their undeniably pulling chemistry and it was all good and great till ep 10. Honestly, I can even say that the entire show is worth a watch. If you walk in with zero expectations, u will even leave with a big smile on your face like my sister did. But unlike my sister, I had expectations and I was a little disappointed like many others with the last three to four episodes. I don't really know what happened, but everything- the acting, the chemistry, the editing, the direction, and even the script deteriorated by a large scale. When I first started watching 2gether, the eighth episode had just aired and the ratings for the show on mdl was a whopping 9.1. As a fan, it was sad to see the sudden decline in ratings as weeks went by. (I even took a month break after watching ep 11 because I was sad with how it went downhill) But, even after the disappointment, I can tell you this- the first ten episodes of the show are totally worth the last three episodes that will shorten the length of your grin by a bit. You will laugh, smile, squeal, and turn into a complete fangirl and after ignoring how the show ended, I can say (for myself) that 2gether is a cliche made right. (And I'm saying this only by taking the first 10 episodes into consideration)
