I know how addicting the characters are. I've watched the drama for the first time 6 months ago and rewatched it 4 times since then. And I have recently read the novel which didn't help my current state of mind. If you found a way to get over this drama, please let me know.

Are there any scenes in the special edition that aren't there in the original Untamed?

I suggest you watch at least half the show before you form an opinion. I admit the CGI wasn't the best, but most of the people who watched the drama, including me, refer to the Untamed as a classic and that's for a reason. The Untamed has and fulfilled all the elements a good drama should have (a brilliant plot, good acting, suspense, humour and amazing aesthetics).
Don't let the hype of the drama increase ur expectations. Please watch it knowing that it might bore you and who knows? It might surprise you.

I just finished reading Mo Dao Zu Shi and DAMN!!!
It's been six months since I've watched the Untamed for the first time. In six months, I watched it four times and now I read the novel and I don't know how I'll get over this unhealthy obsession now. If you've been following the author of MDZS, what do you guys suggest I read next? Scum Villains Self Saving Services or Heaven Officials Blessings?
I usually am not picky with the order of reading, but I really want to save the best for the last.

WTF? I'm on episode 3 and this show is giving me soooo much anxiety. In a good way tho... but still too much to handle.

I really came to love Choi Seung Kwon. He was probably my most favorite character after Yi Seo.

I'm on episode 10 and I feel like this is by far the only drama where the villain made me cry.... and when I say villain, I mean Jang Geun Won.

I'd usually hate a movie like this but maybe it's because I am super bored, I didn't find it that bad. I didn't laugh even once, cringed a few times, but it has a certain charm to it that only old movies and dramas have. Not too entertaining, but a decent watch if u want to escape from all the complicated plots of the movies these days.

Idk why but I absolutely LOVED this movie. It's definitely not the same for everyone, but this was all I needed right now. A good laugh, a smile and a little bit weirdness. My Little Bride is a story about child marriage (if I can call that) and the movie makes the entire concept look adorable and I love it. Definitely worth a watch imo...
