Such a raw depiction of pure love.... If you want something lighthearted and something that will genuinely make you smile because of how innocent it is, this movie is for you. I absolutely loved it...
Ok, I had to go back and do a little research to verify this because I was confused when I saw it too. So, two…
But... why did it have to take place in 2012? The story would have been just as good if the timeline was 2019... Is there a reason? Was it just because they wanted to make it the 50th anniversary?
I just watch episode 13 was the person who got on the prison bus Jerome? Didn’t Jerome get kill by his balls…
I don't think they really showed us the 'killing Jerome' part.... they made us think he dies, but maybe he didn't because it was clearly Jerome who boards the prison bus in ep 13.
yall help a sis out! I've been seeing here and there that this has a 2nd season that's already filmed and to be…
The 48 eps thing must be a fluke. Usually, most k-dramas wrap up with 16-20 episodes and unless it was previously decided that there'll be a season 2 (during the filming of the first season), they never really film it. But there might be a small possibility for a season 2 and even if season 2 comes out, I'm pretty sure it won't sum up to 48 episodes.
Well... I did like the ending... Vagabond is clearly the sequel lmao. This is one heck of a cheesy and entertaining drama. I laughed, I shed a few tears, I got frustrated and I enjoyed watching it. Honestly, I found the Wol Ryung's story heart touching... I don't even know why. And I loved each and every character, even the evil dude... If ur looking for a well paced drama with elements of fiction and fantasy, go for it.
I'm crying because I can't stop staring at him.... ah!!!! Why's he so charming??? Like no.... because of people like him, I'm never getting a boyfriend.
I recommended my dad to watch this movie before I even watched it, just because the reviews were amazing and he wanted to watch something on Netflix. He loved it so much, that he said he wanted to buy the rights for the remake of the movie lmao. Like that was ever gonna happen... Anyway, since that's one of the highest compliments a person can give, I watched the movie today and it was soooooo unpredictable, I was hooked to it till the very end. I won't give anything away, and if ur reading this, just go watch the movie without giving it a second thought.
I keep telling myself to not watch the show before it is completed and yet here I am, torturing myself with cliff hangers over and over again. No doubt ep 12 had the most intense scenes with the most action.... ep 13 didn't exceed it or anything, but the show is clearly improving beyond my expectations and I love the writers for doing such an amazing job.
What do you mean by looking poor? The people or the royalty and officials?
Well... I haven't watched many Chinese historical dramas, but I for sure can say that we cannot compare the cultures and how people lived in either countries 400 years ago. They might have had equal wealth, but the colours, and clothes might have looked grander in the Chinese dramas and it's also the way they shoot the dramas. For all we know, Korea could have been wealthier or it could have been the other way around.
I absolutely loved it...
I keep waiting for his new works...

I came here for Lee Seung Gi.... fell in love with his dad in the story instead.... talk about change of heart....
