Why was Kuzumi so surprised by the writer's smart phone when the writer already had a smart phone in Season One? We all saw him use it to argue with Kido, and Kuzumi even commented on the phone in that scene because the writer had previously lied and said he did not have one. But then he DOES have one. So, again, why was Kuzumi so surprised? It's as if the director of this short did not see the series .

At the end of ep 4 Hira tells Kiyoi that he wants to take his pix, but "on the same stage" this time. What did he mean by "same stage"? Did he mean the same level in life? GagaOOlala translated the word as "stage" but I wonder if it was the same on Viki. I ask because Hira had never deigned to think of himself as being on the same level as Kiyoi before. If he does mean "same level" then this would be progress for Hira.

But hey, he's been in 2 BL's in a row where the kiss is not only missing, but they do these embarrassing things to fake it. I saw the elevator bit myself in season one. I refused to watch the sequel, but somebody had done a clip of the craned necks shot from the back of their heads in season two. I found it even more insulting than the fake kiss in season one.

How old are these two in real life? They play college seniors which would make them 22 in the show. I am guessing they are more like 25-26????

I prefer Viki's use of the word "creepy" for "kimo." Either way, Kiyoi clearly uses the word tenderly. He even smiled sometimes while saying it in both season one and two. Some say it is his "love language." I agree.

Nice to see the sequel getting a rating of 8.2. I was verily annoyed by how season one had only gotten a 7.8. I suppose people finally got that when Kiyoi calls Hira "creepy" it's done with affection, so no, not "toxic."

He learned from Koyama at the play that rubbing Hira's back would calm his stutter. But he was always good about the stutter. Even when he caught Hira stalking him and Hira had begun to stutter Kiyoi said, "Relax, I'll wait."

You are actually right. I thought that fight was swept aside too quickly. Kiyoi was devastated but ends up just shrugging it off and wakes up fine the next morning. Granted, that's how it was played in the novel as well, but in the director added lots of other stuff, so why not add more on this too?

I think they're referring to how Hira revered that chocolate as if it were the precious ring from Lord of the Rings.

Did Lollipop do season 2 yet?

It seemed both were doing a closed mouth kiss in season one, but I guess most people thought it was more on Kiyoi's side, huh? I take it that he was the one people commented on. At any rate, glad to see he addressed that. It sucks when actors in gay shows act as if they are sickened by a gay kiss.

As an aside, I loved Cherry Magic until I learned that the hot actor refused to do a kissing scene. I thought, wait, he is advancing his career with gay shows but is, in fact, sickened by gay kissing? That's what makes it particularly galling. Indeed, I refused to watch Cherry Magic's sequel based on this. I think more should have boycotted him knowing he is homophobic.

Well, that WAS bitchy of him to call Kiyoi a "moocher" when, in fact, Kiyoi was working and Hira was not. The one who does not work is always the one cleans house. Nothing unusual about that. But that convo did inspire one of the cutest scenes -- ie, Kiyoi trying to cook. So sweet!

Yep, same happened in Season One too. I even suspected the director was dating the actor. But it turned out that she was promoting him to use in a play she was directing. So she definitely wrote scenes for him that were not in the book and expanded his role. It would have been fine for a longer show, but both seasons altogether are only 10 eps of a mere 20 min each.

I never read tags as they often have silly shit like warnings about rape, sexual assault. As for this one, which did you think was a spoiler? Was it the one about cancer?

Based on the 100% negative comments and bad reviews, I don't even see how this got a 7.7 rating.

ITSAY is the only Thai BL that's worth watching. It's not my fav, but I agree that the directing, acting and cinematography are all professional. And no product placement! Christ, all the other Thais are awful with pp. Indeed, I won't even watch a Thai BL anymore because of bad acting and lame stories, and how they crank them off an assembly line at a rate of once a week. That's a literal number by the way, as they make over 50 a year.

I would replace ITSAY with Bleuming. I suppose I found ITSAY bland, and the characters bland. The boys in MBM are so unique and the relationship is utterly unexpected. I loved how the men were older in OFC and I loved how the vibe for Bleuming was therapeutic and they were each so kind to each other. So those are my Top 3.

You and I love the same exact 3 BL's. I even put OFC and MBM as my Top Two BL's of all time (not just out of Japanese BL's).

Wait, so fans had said this and the actor would've heard the complaint? I often wonder if stars read their social media and what fans say. Even if stars don't read it, I suppose their agents do and would tell their clients what's floating around about them.
