Completely agree with these points and add that the language they keep using that she’s “decided to become a woman” is hella strange. Like being attracted to men isn’t a woman-exclusive trait. You don’t stop being a woman if you’re lesbian/bisexual/etc.

If that's the case then that's so mean! I feel like it's gonna be real hard to sell the romance if they don't clarify their motivations in the next few episodes. I'm starting to become an Orchid anti-fan at this rate haha

Deeply agree with this. Like I can understand her wanting to save the fairies because her master is a fairy and that's her home but why spend all that time trying to get Dongfeng's emotions back if she was going to just lie and manipulate him in the name of protecting people? I feel like at least she should have attempted to reason with him or make him understand now that he can actually understand emotional reasoning.

It's like Orchid didn't get the desired result from her first half-baked plan she didn't think through and so to do damage control she's started on another plan that she has not thought through either. Which is not just disrespectful to Dongfeng and all the stuff she's put him through, but also profoundly selfish.

I hope the show has her maturing in this second half because it can't just be Dongfeng changing and her staying this way.
