While I loved Lovely Runner, Marry my Husband, Wedding Impossible, Shop for Killers, etc, Queen of Tears remain the best for me....@Vani, Thank you for the game
Both Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won aced the husband and wife roles...they made it seem natural and effortless, with right amount of affection and ease. In some kdramas, you can feel the awkwardness or an excessive amount of PDAs when acting as husband and wife. But, in QOT, both actors were on point.
@strikejet, Exactly!!! His acting is on the Next Level..The Tears Falling, the Breathing, the Desperation, the eye contact, the emotions, the expressions....This man's acting is Oscar-worthy!!!
If he's in GoldMedalist Agency (same agency as Kim Soo Hyun), I'm sure that must mean that he has some really good acting potential... awaiting his dramas with enthusiasm.
No words can do justice, but all I'll say is that Kim Soo Hyun's acting during ep 13 & 14 was just phenemonal...this man deserves an OSCAR
The Tears Falling, the Breathing, the Desperation, the eye contact, the emotions, the expressions...i can't even count how many times i cried during these scenes.
Comparing song kang to kim soo hyun is like comparing a rusty cycle to a ferrari car(in terms of acting).
@LEEJUNHO_FOX, Wait what? Comparing Kim Soo Hyun to Song Kang is like comparing a rare diamond to a common rock. While Song Kang may be handsome and is a good actor, but he cannot be compared to the supreme acting of KSH.
@zzzzdenko Oh my god!!! Are you a critic or just a keyboard blusterer😄😁 ?? THINK before you SPEAK or should…
@Cornsalad_Vincero, Hats off to your response. Couldn't have said it better myself. You shut down that Brainless hater with class👏
@zzzzdenko Oh my, you must be quite a renowned actor or director to have the Audacity to judge THE Kim Soo Hyun as a horrible actor. How did you even come to that conclusion?
This drama is a cult classic and Kim Soo Hyun was just ...AWESOME!!!
While many may label the female lead's character as annoying, it's important to understand she was tasked with playing a character who should appear a little dumb and loud, and i think , in terms of acting, she pulled it off fabulously.
And, well hats off to Kim Soo Hyun for always making our hearts flutter. His crying scenes, the way he emotes with HIS EYES and that rawness in his voice when he shouts...OMO!
People should stop criticizing him or saying he is not that great of an actor to be nominated in Baeksang Awards. I understand that many didnt have their favorite actors nominated, but thats not a reason to discredit Kim Soo Hyun, That man's been working really hard despite his personal circumstances to always please the public with his acting.
There are lots of actors today, yet only a few can emote deeply with their eyes. And Kim Soo Hyun's eyes convey emotions more powerfully than any words or acting ever could!!
People sometimes appreciate some actors and their acting ONLY because of their portrayal of strong or complex characters, However, true mastery in acting often lies in the ability to evoke profound emotions even from ordinary or simple characters. And Kim Soo Hyun in Queen of Tears, this time, didnt have a strong character or a character with a weighty background but its the simplicity, depth, and authenticity of how he acts which is commendable."
Absolutely loved vocals of Choi Jungeun, Fuko, Sarang, and whole team of Drama and Baggy Jeans.
And, am I the only one who thought that Park Ye Eun has a little bit resemblence to Suzy's visuals?
Happy that finally someone can agree
The Tears Falling, the Breathing, the Desperation, the eye contact, the emotions, the expressions...i can't even count how many times i cried during these scenes.
Omo, that voicee was just too good to handle!!!
